Our guests for the October monthly meeting were the Goddess Emerging Dance Troupe, a belly dancing troupe. The girls demonstrated great prowess in the art of belly dancing with several dances, both in groups and solo. Then our members were invited to join them and be coached in some basic moves. It was a fun and educational night. A video has been posted in the Photo Gallery.

We were joined at our September meeting by Amanda Forest, Service Dog Trainer for Lions Foundations of Canada Dog Guides and her dog in-training. She spoke to us about the Service Programs & benefits and, along with her dog companion, gave us an

amazing demonstration of the dog's capabilities.
